Black embroidered cotton and silk waistcoat

Striking, stylish waistcoat with hand embroidery. Wearable with a fitted shirt underneath, a beautiful silk blouse or a sleeveless top. This cardigan is made from recycled material from the clothing stock. That makes every waistcoat. The closure at the waist is via a press stud.

Embroidery

The embroidery on the jacket is partly handmade (Aari embroidery) and partly made with a manually operated embroidery machine.

Handwoven organic cotton

The organic cotton is handwoven and quilted with a basting stitch in matching light shiny embroidery thread.

Animal friendly silk

The lining is made of animal-friendly silk. No caterpillars have been killed for this side. Only when the silk butterfly has crawled out of the cocoon are the cocoons used to weave the fabric.
